When the IOS Group was founded as ITS (Itumeleng Training Solutions), in 2001, it was a training service provider with single Services SETA accreditation. The company evolved into the IOS brand. The IOS acronym limited the company’s market reach because of the similarity to the Apple iOS brand. Therefore, effective marketing became challenging for the IOS Group, leading to the decision to rebrand. The rebranding exercise also invited an innovative and fresh outlook on the business strategy.
ARCH Holdings’ brand effectively communicates its position as an advisory business, focusing on skills, talent and impact in the corporate and government employment sectors.
The ARCH logo represents the two pillars of design and delivery and of capability development, creating ARCH Skills Advisory and ARCH Impact Partners. The emphasis is on bridging the gap between these two entities, where the one offers design and delivery capability on skills and talent management and the other on the mobilisation of resources and the harvesting of innovative skills and impact financial solutions for clients, delivering a more comprehensive service offering that stretches across all aspects of the impact development landscape.
The ARCH Skills Advisory pillar is positioned as an all-encompassing Learning as a Service (LaaS) business. It delivers to a multi-industry selection of clients, predominantly as a registered private TVET college and accredited training provider, alongside its QCTO, SETA, UMALUSI and specialised industry accreditations, with entities such as Campus+ and Institute of Sport.
